Ingredients:

Chestnut extract (Saponins of Aesculus chinensis): "Has anti-inflammatory, anti-exudative, increases venous tension, improves blood circulation, and corrects cerebral dysfunction. It has a significant protective effect on brain edema caused by carbon monoxide and other factors."

Sodium hyaluronate: Is an inherent component of the human body, a type of glucuronic acid and glucosamine. It is not species-specific and is widely present in tissues and organs such as the placenta, amniotic fluid, lens, articular cartilage, and dermis. It is distributed in the cytoplasm and extracellular matrix and has a lubricating and nourishing effect on the cells and organelles.

Gastrodia elata: Also known as red-tipped dendrobium and white-flowered dendrobium, it is a climbing stem of the orchid family. It has a slightly cold nature and a bitter taste. It dispels wind and promotes circulation, cools blood and reduces swelling, and is used for rheumatism, spasm of tendons and meridians, lumbago and leg pain, throat obstruction, abscesses, swelling, and bruises.

Radix Angelicae Pubescentis: According to "Ben Cao Zheng," it is "specially used for treating lower body rheumatism, leg pain, and damp itchiness and spasm." Modern research has shown that Radix Angelicae Pubescentis has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and sedative effects; it inhibits platelet aggregation and has a blood pressure-lowering effect, but it is not long-lasting. It also contains ligustilide and sanshool, which have photosensitizing and anti-tumor effects.

Effects: Lubricates joints and relieves joint and muscle pain; dispels cold evil, cools blood and reduces swelling; dispels wind and promotes circulation, relieves spasm of tendons and meridians.

络石藤 ：

 别名红对叶肾、白花藤，为夹竹桃科植物络石的带叶藤茎。性微寒，味苦。祛风通络，凉血消肿。用于风湿热痹、筋脉拘挛、腰膝酸痛、喉痹、痈肿、跌扑损伤。

独活：

    《本草正》：“专理下焦风湿，两足痛痹，湿痒拘挛。”现代研究，独活有抗炎、镇痛及镇静作用；对血小板聚集有抑制作用；并有降压作用，但不持久；所含香柑内酯、花椒毒素等有光敏及抗肿瘤作用。
